Credits. Each credit gets you one Nitro gift claimed on your Discord account. When you place an order, your account joins the claim queue and stays there until it has received all the Nitro you ordered.
The claimer has to redeem gifts as you, so it needs your account’s token. It travels over an encrypted connection straight to the claimer and is never saved in our database. Changing your Discord password invalidates it immediately.
It depends on how many gifts are being dropped and how long the queue is. Your dashboard shows your place in line and an estimated window for your next claim, and it updates live.
If your order stops early (for example, your token expires or Discord asks for a captcha), credits for the claims you didn’t receive go straight back to your balance. You can also cancel an active order at any time for a refund of the remaining claims.
Automated claiming goes against Discord’s Terms of Service, and Discord can act against accounts that use it. Most customers have no issues, but you use the service at your own risk. Please read our Terms before ordering.
