What we collect
Your name, email address and a salted hash of your password. For each order we keep the order details: number of claims, the Discord user ID of the account, its status and the claims received.
Your Discord token
Your token is used only to place or update your order. It is sent over an encrypted connection to our claim system and is never written to our database or logs.
How we use it
To run your orders, show your dashboard, keep your credit balance accurate and contact you about your account. We don’t sell your data.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and one that remembers your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Deleting your data
Contact support and we’ll delete your account and its order history.
