1. The service
E.B Premium (“E.B”, “we”) provides automated claiming of Discord Nitro gifts on a Discord account you control. You buy credits; one credit pays for one Nitro claim.
2. Discord’s rules and your account
Automating a Discord user account is against Discord’s Terms of Service. Discord may limit, suspend or terminate accounts that use automated claiming. By placing an order you confirm that you understand this risk and accept full responsibility for your account. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
3. Your token
To claim gifts for you, we need your account token. You must only submit tokens for accounts you own. Your token is passed to our claim system over an encrypted connection and is not stored in our database. You can invalidate it at any time by changing your Discord password.
4. Credits and refunds
Credits are charged when you place an order. If an order ends before all its claims land, whether you cancel it or it stops because of a token, captcha or account problem, the credits for unreceived claims are returned to your balance. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
5. No guarantees on timing
Claim timing depends on how many gifts are posted on Discord, which we don’t control. Estimates shown in your dashboard are estimates only.
6. Acceptable use
You may not submit tokens for accounts you don’t own, resell access without permission, or attempt to interfere with the service. We may close accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, E.B is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including action taken by Discord against your account.
